Order Placement: As soon as your order is confirmed, our design wizards kick off the creative process.

Art Preview (2-4 days): Once your order is in, our artistic team dives into crafting your design. Expect an email within 2-4 days for your feedback or revisions – we're here to make it perfect for you.

Production (1-3 days): With your design given the thumbs up, we swiftly transition to the production phase, completing it within a speedy 1 to 3 days.

Final Steps & Shipping (4-8 days): Post-production, we meticulously prepare your order for its journey to you.

The entire journey, encompassing design, production, and shipping, typically spans 7 to 15 days, ensuring you swiftly receive your uniquely crafted masterpiece.

- Can I see the design before purchasing?

Due to the handmade nature of our designs, we don't offer previews prior to placing an order.

However, we offer unlimited revisions and only ship your product upon approval. In this way, we make sure you are 100% satisfied with the final piece.

- What if I want don't like the design?

To meet our customer's needs, we consistently ensure your 100% satisfaction with the design before it's shipped.

With unlimited revisions, you can freely provide feedback, and we'll diligently make any changes necessary to match your vision perfectly.

- Do you only draw pets and couples?

No, we design everything! We have a very talented team that has done a lot of work from couples to families, pets, artistic tattoos, and landscapes. 

- Can I cancel or get a refund?

Kindly note that, given the personalized nature of our products, we are unable to accommodate order cancellations once they have been placed.

- I haven't received any emails after my purchase. What should I do?

If you haven't received any emails 2-4 days after your purchase, please check your spam folder. If nothing's there, reach out to us at contact@embrove.com  – there might be a bounce-back issue or an email typo during checkout.

- Do you ship worldwide?

Unfortunately, we do not. We currently ship to the US.
